New London Portfolio Director for Macro23 September 2015 / by Macro Limited (author) / London
Following the recent announcement of Macro’s new operational structure, Pam Moscrop has been appointed as London portfolio director.
Pam has worked for Macro since 2012 as a strategic facilities and real estate director, specialising in the running of large portfolios across varied organisations. With more than 15 years of experience in the delivery and successful implementation of effective hard and soft services, Pam understands complex stakeholder interests and hopes to drive service excellence.
“Having worked within Macro on three of our major accounts (BG, Siemens and SABMiller) over the past four years, this is a fantastic opportunity to bring my experience, passion and drive to an exciting new chapter,” says Pam Moscrop, Macro London portfolio director. “I treat facilities as a bespoke service rather than a necessity and I hope to be a driver of change, whilst developing operational teams and support functions into effective working groups. Having a proven record of managing overhead costs during all business cycles, as well as retaining the best people and developing employees from within the company, will help to strengthen Macro’s position.”
With the creation of specific portfolios across the Macro business, the company can now focus on delivering a constant one team approach to its clients in all business sectors. It will concentrate on developing core talent from within to drive change and enhance the service provision for clients, while increasing its scope and market share.
“We need to collaborate and work together with our Mace counterparts in order to utilise the experience and skills we have, which will benefit our clients and the whole Mace Group,” adds Moscrop. “Macro is a dynamic and innovative company with 13 years under our belt – so we do have the ability to expand our client base nationally and globally, offer an exceptional service and not compromise on quality.”
There is a growing demand for fresh thinking and efficient ways of working in the industry, which can be achieved in many ways, without having to impact service delivery. “Collaboration is key, between all stakeholders from clients and suppliers to service providers,” concludes Moscrop.
Director of operations, Steven A Wilson at Macro says: “I want to congratulate Pam upon her appointment. It’s a great time to drive change and increase our presence in the market.”
