Atlas Residential UK Appoints Yardi for Build to Rent Portfolio

Build to rent owner-operator Atlas Residential UK has selected Yardi Voyager 7S® as its property, marketing and accounting management platform.

 

 


Voyager, a cloud-based, fully mobile, Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, will be used in conjunction with additional solutions from the Yardi® Residential Suite to streamline Atlas Residential UK's build to rent portfolio management and reporting.

In addition to Voyager 7S, Atlas has chosen Yardi RENTCafé® Portals, with personalised online marketing, leasing and resident services; Yardi Concierge to enhance resident experience through reservations and delivery management; and Yardi Inspections for a breadth of everyday inspection and compliance needs, including move in and midterm conditions, property walks, and health & safety inspections.
