Scottish Decorating and Repair Contracts

Novus Property Solutions are celebrating more than £700,000 of decorating and repair contract wins with seven organisations in Scotland, including Almond Housing Association and the University of St Andrews.

 

The announcement follows the company's successful rebrand from Seddon Property Services.

 

Novus will carry out external decoration pre-paint repairs to Almond’s housing stock in the West Lothian Area in a deal worth £346,000, while bedrooms at the Fife-based university will be decorated as part of a £20,000 contract.
 
 
Our Bathgate office has won a £100,000 contract to carry out decorative works in Edinburgh and Fife for Dunedin Canmore Housing Association, while the office has also won decorating contracts with Edinburgh-based housing associations Viewpoint and Muirhouse, worth £120,000 and £60,000 respectively.
 
 
Bedrooms at Smart City Hostel in Edinburgh will be decorated after Starboard Hotels chose us to carry out £20,000 worth of works, while Bield Housing Association has selected us to complete £75,000 worth of external decorations in Glasgow, Dundee and Dunbartonshire.
