Western Digital Consolidates Multi-billion Dollar Subsidiaries with Oracle

Rentokil Initial Secures Defined Benefit Pension Scheme Buy-in

Rentokil Initial and the Trustee of the Rentokil Initial 2015 Pension Scheme today announce an agreement for a bulk annuity insurance ‘buy-in’ for the Scheme with Pension Insurance Corporation (“PIC”), a specialist insurer of defined benefit pension schemes. The Scheme has liabilities of £1.5 billion.

Replacing Coal with Turmeric

GSH Group has won the Environment category at this year’s Energy Institute Awards for its work with Indian FMCG firm Kaleesuwari which has switched from using coal to generate steam for use in refineries, to biomass products including turmeric, sawdust and, more recently, chilli.

Architects Turn to Móz Designs for College Campus Mural

Lone Star College-Kingwood has recently completed their Process Technology Building, the first addition to a Campus Center located in Generation Park. Lone Star College picked the location for the building—a large industrial development in Houston—so it would stand near the energy/chemical processing industry it supports. Realized by WHR/EYP Architects with help from Perkins+Will as interior design consultants, the new facility stands out for its unique combination of industrial and traditional building materials.
