APT Skidata Upgrades Cloud Parking Platform
The enhancements allow for transactional level data to be presented on a real-time dashboard, and make it possible for car park operators to interrogate data at a more granular level - including customer payment methods (and even split payments involving a combination of cash, credit and tap and go), system events, and individual parking behaviour. The manufacturer claims the upgrades now provide operators with "total visibility" in respect of the performance of individual pay stations, dwell times and occupancy levels.

"The new modules give operators all the detailed information they need at their fingertips so that they can take immediate decisions based on real time data, or review information later to set longer-term strategies for optimise their parking portfolio."
The company is pre-loading the modules onto its existing platform to allow parking operators to participate in a seven-day trial prior to making a purchase.
