Manufacturing Virtual Event (12:00pm ET, 28 July)

Commercial & Manufacturing Facilities, Events, Americas, Smart Facilities
Salesforce will be hosting a virtual fireside chat under the theme, “Digital Optimization: How manufacturers can take small steps for big wins" tomorrow (on 28 July).

The free virtual event will focus on transforming customer experience in manufacturing.

This year’s dual health and economic crises have stress tested the critical relationship between manufacturers and their customers. For many companies, COVID-19 has shined a light on weak areas that range from a lack of agility and liquidity to supply chain issues.

Now, more than ever, manufacturers must be deliberate and effective with their customer communication. They have an opportunity to use the crisis to pivot and embrace digital transformation for a long-term payoff.

Cindy Bolt, senior vice president, Salesforce Industries, and Dr. Mirka Wilderer, CEO, De Nora Water Technologies, will explore what manufacturers can do to create a customer-first experience, enhance relationships, and build trust. Through the intimate conversation, you’ll learn how De Nora Water Technologies was able to embrace innovation, be nimble, and successfully pivot its business.
