Reimagining Concierge Service

Catering, EMEA, Service Provider News, United Kingdom

A new concierge service from UK hospitality provider Bennett Hay integrates traditional reception and hosting with security.

The blended service is supported by the company's registration with the UK's Security Industry Authority (SIA) to ensure appropriate protocols, procedures and training are developed to deliver a security licensed concierge service tailored to the nees of each client and workspace.

Bennett Hay's service mix will additionally include reception services, telephony, concierge, hosting, VIP lounge, conferencing and event services, with employees receiving training at the copany's Transformation training academy.

The company has also introduced a series of measures which are designed to improve operating efficiencies for clients in a post-Covid-19 workplace environment, with employees redeployed and encouraged to multitask between core departmental responsibilities to offer a blend of services and procedures that also provide for catering and hospitality, mailroom, and reprographics.

Bennett Hay also says it is partnering with progressive workplace technology companies to respond to an on-going pursuit for trackable and experience driven technology that marries lifestyle management in workspace environments.

Co-founder, Anthony Bennett, comments: "Many businesses are having to reduce their headcounts in every department. However, it’s widely acknowledged that first impressions count and therefore a warm welcome in this climate is an absolute requisite.

"Our service delivers this and more importantly gives confidence and SIA accreditation ensuring the teams know how to deal with incidents and cover all areas of security whilst offering a hotel style concierge service."
