• estate maintenance management;

• estate maintenance service;

• planned preventative maintenance;

• reactive maintenance;

• electrical and mechanical maintenance;

• building fabric maintenance;

• sub-contracted work;

• operation of the Trust’s Boiler house;

• emergency out of hours response;

• alterations, adaptations, and improvements;

• capital works;

• minor works.
