Dussmann Partners with Planon
Dussmann Group is rolling out Planon’s “Universe for Service Providers” facilities management optimisation platform to support efficiency targets announced in its Strategy 2023 and Dussmann Next Level strategic plans.
The German multinational provider of facilities management and care for the elderly services selected Planon over competing suppliers of computer-aided facility management (CAFM) and Information security management systems (ISMS) solutions, after re-evaluating an existing DIAS (“Dussmann Integrierte Auftrags Steuerung”) integrated work order management solution developed by the U.S. software vendor.
Explaining the decision, company spokesman and executive board member with responsibility for FM clients in the DACH region, Dr Wolfgang Häfele, said:
“Our goal is to reach the next level with innovative services capable of meeting the wide range of challenges that confront our clients. This means creating service packages that are customised and flexible. Ultimately, we seek the best available solution for each client.”
