Top Workplaces Award for Rollins
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has named Rollins Inc., the US’s biggest pest control company, in sixteen place in its annual ranking of the 150 largest “Top Workplaces” in the Metro Atlanta area.
The listing which is prepared for the newspaper byĀ Energage (an independent supplier of technology-based employee engagement tools), scores 150 small, medium and large corporations by answers to questions provided by a sample of more thanĀ 80,000 employees representing 4,300 corporations.
Participants rate each employer’s by leadership alignment, business execution, and the degree of ‘connection’ they experience with work colleagues.
Rollins’14,000 global employees operate under fourteen pest-control brands. In Atlanta, the company employs 550 people at three locations.
Northwest Exterminating, the group’s Marietta, Georgia-based subsidiary, was also honoured with a 20th place Top Workplaces ranking in the midsize company category. The accolade is its eighth in successive years of the awards.
