International Property Award for APAC House
Sodexo’s APAC House regional headquarters building in Singapore has won an award in the Office Category of the 2019 International Property Awards.
The awards which are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Canada, the Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States are organised by International Property Media and celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
Opened in November 2018, APAC House is described as a “workplace of the future”, representing a balance of hardware (including a comprehensive suite of smart technologies) and flexible working arrangements that are designed to accommodate individual employee working preferences and referred to by Sodexo as ‘heartware’.
