OCS Awarded DPDgroup Contract
International parcel delivery service DPDgroup’s UK subsidiary has awarded OCS a three year contract to deliver bespoke cleaning services at its depots.
Under the terms of the agreement which came into effect on 1st March, OCS is implementing the Concept Evolution™ computer-aided facility management (CAFM) platform which provides real-time workflow, task management, query and complaints resolution monitoring.
Eighty-two OCS staff transferred to 34 DPDgroup locations have participated in collaborative workshops to plan headcounts and schedule services around regular peaks and troughs in activity at each depot.
Discussing the contract, Louise Ferguson, General Manager – Property at DPD, said:
“The OCS team impressed us with their partnership approach and their flexibility in providing a solution that will work for our business. We now have full visibility and accountability across all of our locations which means that our facilities team can focus on other priorities.”
