Naren Gursahaney to Chair ServiceMaster
ServiceMaster has announced Naren Gursahaney, a former president and CEO of The ADT Corporation, will succeed Mark Tomkins as Chair of its board of directors.
Gursahaney, who has served as a ServiceMaster board member since December 2017, is also a non-executive director of renewable energy provider, NextEra Energy, Inc.
Credited with introducing ADT’s customer-centric growth strategy, he previously served as CEO of its former subsidiary, Tyco.
Announcing the appointment, ServiceMaster Chief Executive Officer, Nik Varty, said:
“Naren ‘s distinguished background as a successful leader of public companies and strong track record of sustainable growth will be a major asset to our executive team and our investors.”
