Dubai Rollout for Hubgrade 4.0
Enova, the Middle East facilities management joint-venture company of the Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) Group and Veolia, has opened a control room dedicated to the new Hubgrade 4.0 smart FM platform in its Dubai headquarters building.
Originally developed for the European market by Veolia, the Hubgrade smart monitoring and visualisation platform provides access in real-time to multiple building and energy utilisation parameters used in green building, smart building, and integrated HVAC system applications.
Relaunched with computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) and smart waste services monitoring integration in 2018, the solution’s latest incarnation is described by Enova as offering an “unrivalled holistic overview of assets’ performance covering a large number of complementary indicators”.
Features of the system include LED displays of maintenance, energy, water and waste data, and a ‘Super Dashboard” providing a graphical overview of building performance.
Enova states the tool, a recipient of a Global FM award in 2018, can be utilised within any type of property, including mixed-use communities and industrial sites.
Unveiling the new space, Enova Technology and Performance Director, Rachid Hamida, said:
“The Hubgrade 4.0 revamp is being accompanied by the introduction of several new service level offerings to suit different budgets; namely, Progress, Smart, Green and Premium.”
