Top ESG Ranking for ISS
ISS has been named in first place for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies by a Sustainalytics report on 89 companies in the commercial services sector.
The facility services provider was awarded 84 out of a total possible 100 points in a peer group assessment published on 29 April, which also commended the Danish multinational for its management of human capital and occupational health and safety, and taking a visible stance against bribery and corruption.
Sustainalytics’ report is used by investors to identify and understand financially material ESG risks in a range of areas.
Commenting on the news, ISS A/S Head of Group Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate Responsibility, Joseph Nazareth, said:

“We see ESG issues as top priority and we are continuously looking for areas where we can improve.”
