Incentive Lynx Introduces Dedicated Relief Security Cover

Incentive FM Group security subsidiary Incentive Lynx has created a team of ‘Elite’ relief cover guards to ensure continuity of service in the event of unexpected staff absences.

Each member of the team will be CCTV and DS licensed, and inducted and trained on the specific site for which they will provide cover. Site training which will be refreshed at four monthly intervals, will include the IOSH 3-day first aid course, World Host service course, conflict resolution course, and ACT counter terrorism awareness and fire warden training.

A premium uniform will be provided to ensure personnel fit into any corporate environment and can integrate seamlessly into any of the teams.

Team members will also be stationed strategically at locations across London to ensure a rapid response to any gaps that may occur in the core teams.

Stephen Waud, Incentive Lynx managing director, says:

“The ability to provide seamless, high quality cover is a key challenge for security companies and a top concern for clients. The Incentive Lynx Elites will ensure that the quality of our operations is maintained at all times, giving our clients full peace of mind.”
