LIA 2019 Award for Quality Assurance
Ansell Lighting is the recipient of the LIA 2019 Award for Quality Assurance which acknowledges a commitment to standard within the lighting industry.
Winners are selected from participating in the LIA’s Quality Assurance (LIAQA) solution which addresses lighting-specific legislative and regulatory requirements.
LIAQ uses modular assessments of ‘product type’ specific requirements to identify criteria for product acceptance, manufacturing process requirements and to support product conformity across the industry, and can be integrated with ISO:9001 accredited quality management systems (QMS).
A team of LIAQA assessors considered over 130 companies for the 2019 award.
The other nominees for the award were NET LED Lighting and Tala.
