Supporting UCL Estates at Clare Hall

An engineering team from Artic Building Services is delivering a range of hard FM services at Clare Hall, one of the newest additions to the University College London (UCL) property portfolio.

Artic, a specialist supply partner to UCL’s vast Central London estate for the last five years, will undertake HVAC and mechanical systems’ maintenance at the 22 acre research facility which accommodates the Biosciences Department of the the constituent college of the University of London.

The new contract covers laboratories, lecture facilities and the Department’s administrative offices.

Clare Hall, which is near Potters Bar (or about an hour’s drive from UCL’s main campus in Gower Street, Bloomsbury, Central London), was acquired by the constituent college of the University of London for £60 million in 2016.
