IBML Announces New COO
Information capture solutions provider IBML has appointed Donald Monistere as chief operating officer, effective immediately. Monistere brings more than 29 years of executive management experience within the IT industry to the position.
Reporting to IBML president and CEO, Martin Birch, Monistere assumes responsibility for the company’s sales, marketing, IT services and support functions.
He was previously senior vice president and general manager of C-Spire, where he developed and executed strategic plans in collaboration with the company’s executive team. Before C-Spire, Monistere served in leadership roles with TekLinks which was subsequently acquired by C-Spire, and as the founder, president and CEO of Vista Information Systems which was, itself, acquired by TekLinks.

Monistere earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Aspen University, completed executive MBA studies at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.
