Refurbishment and Fit-out Contract
UK office interiors contractor Active Workplace Solutions has been awarded a £950,000 refurbishment and fit-out contract with a multinational technology organisation in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, following a competitive tender.
The new contract will see the Reading based company transform 2,000 square metres of empty space located over two floors into a new working environment.
Active Workplace Solutions will additionally oversee the relocation of staff who are currently operating from sub-let premises, to the new offices.
Commenting on the project, director, Angela Love, said:
“We’re incredibly pleased to have secured this dynamic contract which will enable our teams to demonstrate their competencies across multiple service areas, and bring an empty space to life for the client.”
Active Workplace Solutions has worked with several, leading business brands, including Channel 4, Virgin Media, Hearst, and Mercedes Benz.
