Refurbishment of Landmark East London Riverside Block
Gunning London has refurbished Sovereign View, an imposing residential apartment block in the banks of the river Thames at Rotherhithe in south-east London.
Working flexible hours to minimise disruption, the Gunnings’ team of roofers, carpenters and decorators undertook a range of works to repair and renovate the building’s roof, gutters, timber windows, soffits and doors.
A DOFF steam cleaning team was brought in to restore and prepare the block’s façade for repainting with a washable, exterior emulsion coating system.
