RICS Sheds Light on Code of Practice for FM Procurement

Stephen Morris, Global Head of FM at RICS, discusses the RICS Global Code of Practice for Procurement of FM Services which is scheduled for publication in early 2020 in a webinar hosted by FM Expo.

The Code, which has been made available in draft form until the middle of September, takes the format of a global industry Code of Practice (‘CoP’). Contribute to its development at:

RICS have long advocated the formulation of globally agreed “general guiding principles” for facilities management procurement as a tool for achieving consistency and transparency in services delivery, and improving stakeholders trust in procurement processes more generally.
