RoNik Inspectioneering Approves ELIOS 2 Drone

RoNik Inspectioneering, one of Europe’s largest providers of inspection services for industrial, hazardous and enclosed spaces, has approved use of the Elios 2 drone in indoor inspection applications.

The drone was subjected to vigorous testing and selected as the single best unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for inspections in open, as well as confined, indoor environments.

The drone’s design benefits from detachable, modular features which makes swapping out batteries a quick and easy process, and facilitate maintenance, running repairs and parts replacement.

Official UK Elios 2 supplier, COPTRZ, which has introduced Elios 2 to high profile clients including Severn Trent Water and The Liverpool Arena, backs RoNik Inspectioneering’s move.

Managing director, Steve Coulson, says:

“This is fantastic news for the surveying and inspection industry as well as UAV pilots.

“The Elios 2 is safer, quicker and less complex to fly. This news will massively decrease the time taken for inspection tasks and provides not only the most enhanced data available on the market, but a wealth of great opportunity for pilots.”
