Lockheed Martin Hospitality Contract

Lockheed Martin has selected Aramark to deliver comprehensive hospitality services at its 300,000 square foot Center for Leadership Excellence (CLE) conference center and lodging facility in Bethesda, Maryland.

The CLE supports the company’s training courses, business meetings and conferences and comprises of a 250-seat amphitheater, eight large training rooms, 18 conference rooms, two full service restaurants, and a fitness center for employees.

Under the terms of the agreement, Aramark will deliver a range of integrated facility services, including:

• Front desk and concierge services
• Fine dining food services
• Catering
• Fitness center management
• Housekeeping
• Custodial services
• Conference planning
• Audio visual and IT support

Aramark will additionallyoversee executive staff dining and catering operations at Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Headquarters when operations commence on 1 January 2020.

Announcing the contract award, Bruce W. Fears, President of Aramark’s Leisure division, said:

“We understand that the employees and guests of the CLE and corporate headquarters are Lockheed Martin’s most important resource and we look forward to providing outstanding services and experiences to everyone who utilizes these facilities.”
