Relocating Movers and Shakers
Centrica recently selected Bishop’s Move for a series of office moves involving sites in the UK.
Following a successful re-stack involving 800+ staff in Cardiff in 2018, Bishop’s Move transferred furniture via a temporary storage facility in Leicester to new offices in Cambridge in September 2019.
Phase two of the move saw office materials and staff belongings being relocated from Centrica’s previous base to the new site.
Delays in construction work meant this coincided with a further project that had already booked and involved relocating staff between sites in Tredegar, Wales.
Both moves relied on support from a fleet of over 65 vehicles and 300 staff.
Project manager, Steve Graham, says:
“Now that the dust has settled, I would like to thank everyone involved.
“Every member of the Bishop’s Move crew was brilliant and carried out the Cambridge move to the highest standard of professionalism.
“They were polite and courteous at all times, and their attention to detail exceeded all my expectations.
“I look forward to working with this team again and would recommend them to anyone.”
