Cloud Workspace Solutions Provider Accredited to ISO 27001

Next-gen workplace scheduling solutions company, Smartway2’s data security practices, have been certified to ISO 27001 (Information Security Standard).

ISO 27001 applies a systematic risk management approach to managing and securing sensitive data, encompassing people, processes and IT systems. Achieving this certification requires proof of a high level of operational excellence and adherence to the most rigorous and stringent security measures.

Announcing the accreditation, John Anderson, Smartway2 CEO, said:

“In today’s enterprise, security is paramount, and we share our customers’ commitment to achieving the highest levels of data security and privacy in everything that we do.

“We are very proud to achieve ISO 27001 certification for the stringent practices we have implemented in our solution and throughout our operations. This gives our customers peace of mind when it comes to the security of one of their most important assets – their data.”

The British Assessment Bureau examined several operational functions during its assessment, including Smartway2’s information security policies, HR security, access control, physical and environmental security, communications security, system acquisition, development and maintenance – as well as the company’s internal processes, traceability and continuous improvement policy.

Smartway2’s cloud-based enterprise solution optimizes workspace utilization by providing users with data-driven insights which can be used to achieve improvements in productivity.
