Verifying Employees’ Right to Work
UK commercial contract cleaner Ecocleen will be using the uAuthenticate mobile application from uComply for employee identity document authentication across its network of franchises.
The uAuthenticate mobile application validates a wide range of identity documentation including passports, visas, ID cards, driving licences, biometric cards and work or resident permits in a matter of seconds. This accurate scanning and verification procedure, with built-in Home Office guidance, will quickly determine if someone has the Right to Work in the UK and identify any fake documents. This will help franchises to speed up the recruitment process and ensure contracts have the appropriate staffing levels, while protecting Ecocleen against any potential reputational loss or fines.
