Dedicated Concierge Service

Axis Group has introduced a dedicated concierge service for customers of its Acuity front-of-house service.

Acuity Concierge can organise events, whether its team events or fundraising events, to bring teams and businesses together. It is also partnering with top suppliers to offer its clients and employees exclusive discounts and offers, and organise pop-up shops from local businesses to give them direct access to products and services.

The service is already partnering with businesses to provide exclusive discounts on show and event tickets, fashion and beauty products, as well as learning and development offerings and a venue finding service. It is a flexible offering that continues to evolve to align with client customer service requirements.

Explaining the launch, Chiara Di Rienzo, Acuity Director, said:

“We know that every building has its own culture and people and our aim is to enhance the link between buildings, its occupiers, Acuity’s front-of-house teams and local businesses.

“We have put together a dedicated team who are forging links with luxury brands and securing exclusive discounts.

“This is Acuity’s way of saying thank you, as well as providing added value to the occupiers of its clients’ properties.”

Acuity Concierge is being supported by a dedicated section on the Acuity website and an e-brochure for new partners.
