Dedicated Concierge Service
Axis Group has introduced a dedicated concierge service for customers of its Acuity front-of-house service.
Acuity Concierge can organise events, whether its team events or fundraising events, to bring teams and businesses together. It is also partnering with top suppliers to offer its clients and employees exclusive discounts and offers, and organise pop-up shops from local businesses to give them direct access to products and services.
The service is already partnering with businesses to provide exclusive discounts on show and event tickets, fashion and beauty products, as well as learning and development offerings and a venue finding service. It is a flexible offering that continues to evolve to align with client customer service requirements.
Explaining the launch, Chiara Di Rienzo, Acuity Director, said:
