Solving a Common Problem in Collaboration Spaces

Kramer Electronics will be debuting its K-SPIDER multi-format plug-and-play adapter solution at ISE 2020 in Amsterdam from 11th to 14th February.

K-SPIDER reduces installation times by replacing multiple separate cables, adapters, and dongles with a single multi-head cable. Designed for the needs of AV and IT professionals, its specifications include [email protected] 4:4:4 (6Gbps) – as specified in HDMI 2.0, and support for HDCP 1.4 and 2.2. The product is also compliant with DisplayPort Specification 1.2a for 1.62Gbps, 2.7Gbps, and 5.4Gbps.

A wide range of digital connections for laptops and mobile devices is supported, including HDMI, DisplayPort, mini DisplayPort, USB C inputs, and an HDMI output.

According to literature from the manufacturer, K-SPIDER “removes obstacles created by participants in meetings having to bring in the right dongles, whilst also ensuring a fast setup”.
