Discovering Hidden Entrepreneurial Talent

Atalian Servest has invited its 27,000 employees to join in a competition that will identify the company’s top in-house entrepreneur.

The global facility services provider’s new programme , ‘ONE;, is designed to uncover hidden talent, encourage entrepreneurial spirit within the business, and inspire people to put forward innovative ideas. ONE is a competition where Dragon’s Den meets Britain’s Got Talent, offering the in-house team the chance to become Atalian Servest’s next home-grown entrepreneur.

The learning and development (L&D) project additionally aims to reach and engage with colleagues at all levels and locations throughout United Kingdom and Ireland, and to inspire a company-wide commitment to idea generation and innovation.
