Amnesty International Contract

Amnesty International has appointed Pareto FM to provide hard services at its UK headquarters in Clerkenwell, London.

Under the terms of the contract, Pareto FM will deliver all associated mechanical, electrical and fabric-related planned and reactive maintenance services at the offices of the world’s largest grassroots human rights organisation and recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize.

Kellie Lord-Thomas, UK Workplace Manager with Amnesty International, says:

“We’d become frustrated with the service levels we had been receiving from some of the larger organisations within the facilities management sector. We have a niche set of requirements and needed a provider that could properly tailor their delivery to our requirements. In Pareto FM we found a genuine partnership. They have totally listened to our requirements and built a service provision around what we need.”

Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM managing director, adds:

“To partner with Amnesty International is a genuine privilege. This is one of the most progressive and important organisations in the world. This is a relationship that has grown and developed overtime and one of which we are immensely proud. Amnesty also adds to our growing portfolio in the Charity based sector.”
