Extension of Kings Place M&E Contract

Savills Building Management has re-awarded the mechanical and electrical contract for Kings Place in the heart of London’s Kings Cross to Jaguar Building Services following a competitive re-tender process.

Under a new three-year contract, Jaguar will deliver a range of hard services at the 339,000 sq. ft., mixed-use development which combines a seminal office building with a waterfront restaurant, music and arts facilities. The contract was first awarded to Jaguar in 2008 when the building opened.

Account Manager, Graham McSorley, says:

“As the incumbent M&E service provider since 2008 we are very proud to have secured Kings Place for the twelfth consecutive year. This is a huge achievement which demonstrates our ability to adapt and evolve in line with our customers’ expectations.

“We wish to thank the Savills Building Management team for their professionalism and continued trust in Jaguar.

“We look forward to the next term, implementing our proactive program of continuous improvements, ensuring the experience of visitors and customers at Kings Place is always a positive one.”
