A Top Company for Executive Women

Ecolab’s leadership development programme has been recognised by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) for mentoring and promoting women to senior ranks.

The company’s inclusion on NAFE’s “Top Companies for Executive Women” list also acknowledges the progress the company has made in representing women on its board of directors, where they constitute 38 per cent of board members which is above the average of 34 per cent for 2020 NAFE Top Companies.  

The NAFE Top Companies list also highlights company benefits and corporate cultures of accountability for gender-equity results, including pay equity. A third-party review of compensation in the U.S. confirmed that Ecolab pays associates fairly regardless of gender or race. The company is conducting this comprehensive review every two years, with the next compensation review occurring in 2020. 

Founded in 1972, NAFE serves members with networking, tools, and solutions to strengthen and grow their careers and businesses. 

This year’s list will be featured in the April/May issue of Working Mother magazine.
