Regaining Control Over Swimming Pools
Heat recovery and humidity specialist for the swimming pool market, Heatstar, has worked with CAREL to develop new control and connectivity features.
A pioneer of climate control and energy management systems for swimming pools, Heatstar reached out to CAREL for help in developing an integrated controls solution to replace its then mix of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and parametric controls.
The collaboration to create better flexibility for Heatstar clients resulted in a redesign of existing controls to incorporate CAREL’s c.pCO programmable microprocessor HVAC controller and add touch screen HMI, sensor, SW consultancy and IOT functionality.
A new interface also ensures simple and easily access for Heatstar clients who can access controllers remotely via CAREL’s TERA portal.
