The Business of PRIDE

The Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal has named Lisa Maloney-Vinz, Ecolab’s director of global community, as a “Business of PRIDE honorees”.

Maloney-Vinz oversees Ecolab’s charitable grants committee as well as the facility and hygiene product supplier’s global giving site which is available to the company’s 50,000 employees.

A founding member of Ecolab’s PRIDE employee resource group (ERG), she was recently named one of the company’s 2020 “Leaders Who Make an Impact”, in honor of International Women’s Day.

She has also been recognised by PRIDE ERG for her work to “Make PRIDE Happen”, through her leadership over the past decade which has included raising awareness of LGBTQ+ equality at Ecolab and in its home city of St Paul, Minnesota.
