Vodafone Renews German IFM Contract
Vodafone Deutschland has extended its contract with STRABAG PFS for the provision of integrated facilities management services in its portfolio of around 400 properties by two years.
The contract covers premises with a total area of approximately 400,000 sq. metres, include Vodafone stores, technical buildings, call centres, three data centres, various office locations, and the telecommunication provider’s German corporate headquarters, the Vodafone Campus in Düsseldorf.
A wide range of services is delivered under the contract, including infrastructure management, hard/technical and maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping. Over the last 5 years, STRABAG PFS has also performed technical installations in various Vodafone buildings.
Announcing the extension, Dirk Brandt, STRABAG PFS managing director, said:
