Bellrock Deploys Employee Wellness App
Bellrock is rolling out a new mobile app to track the health and wellbeing of its remote workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
Developed by the facility services provider in partnership with field service management software specialist, Totalmobile, the app will initially assist 150 engineers who are providing vital maintenance services to public sector customers during the pandemic to update the company on their mental and physical health when they are working remotely.
Key information recorded by the app includes a self-assessment of an employee’s mood, and details of symptoms commonly associated with the new coronavirus which may suggest a need to self-isolate.
Data captured in the field is automatically relayed to Bellrock’s HR and operations teams in real-time who can monitor app use and actions, make timely interventions and track key metrics using analytics tools.
The app also provides remote workers with immediate access to approved guidance documents, contacts and support networks.
