Bellrock Deploys Employee Wellness App
Bellrock is rolling out a new mobile app to track the health and wellbeing of its remote workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
DevelopedĀ by the facility services provider in partnership withĀ field service management software specialist, Totalmobile, the app will initially assistĀ 150 engineersĀ who are providingĀ vital maintenance services to public sector customers during the pandemic to update the companyĀ on their mental and physical health when they are working remotely.
Key information recorded by the app includes a self-assessment ofĀ an employee’s mood, and details of symptoms commonly associated with the new coronavirus whichĀ may suggest a need to self-isolate.
Data captured in the field is automatically relayed to Bellrockās HR and operations teams in real-time who can monitor app use and actions, make timely interventions and track key metrics using analytics tools.
The app also provides remote workers with immediate access to approved guidance documents, contacts and support networks.
