Fiat Chrysler FM Contract

Polyteck has been appointed to provide integrated facilities management services at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ (FCA) UK sites in Slough.

Under the terms of the hard FM services provider will provide a wide range of facilities management services for the company’s UK commercial headquarters, as well as a training facility and showrooms. 

The initial 12-month contract will see the company offer FM services including servicing and maintenance of HVAC, chillers, lighting and air conditioning, as well as PAT and electrical testing, and water hygiene services. 

Awarded as part of a competitive tender, the contract sees Polyteck extend its geographical base further to the west of London.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) designs, engineers, manufactures and sells vehicles and related parts, services and production systems worldwide.

FCA’s automotive brands include Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Lancia, Ram, and Maserati.

Neil Wheadon, operations director, Polyteck, says: “We are delighted to have secured this contract. Not only does it demonstrate our ability to work with high-profile brands and businesses who share similar values when it comes to service excellence, but it also means we are able to continue to build our regional business outside of London.”
