System Hygienics Acquires New Owner and a New Look
Ductwork, fire damper testing, ventilation, and high riser cleaning provider System Hygienics has refreshed its brand following its recent acquisition, and the appointment of a new management team.
The company which divested from Hotchkiss Group (the UK’s largest duct manufacturer and installer) in 1993, serves the building services and Facilities Management sectors, and has also installed a real-time IT service management package to allow closer control of engineers’ time and costs and provide building managers with easy access to reports and information on compliance certifications.
New majority shareholder and managing director, Mark Poultney, says: “We are now on a very exciting growth plan to become the company of choice for ventilation maintenance and hygiene.
“Our focus remains on offering a total solution across the whole of the UK which includes inspection, cleaning and certification without the need to go to third parties.
