Television Centre M&E Contract

Savills has selected Jaguar Building Services to deliver mechanical and electrical (M&E) services at the Television Centre in White City, London, following a competitive tender.

Jaguar will be responsible for electromechanical services and the maintenance of building fabric for the portfolio which covers an area of over 1.4 million sq. ft., and includes the estate’s signature, “Courtyard”, Grade II listed apartments as well as the Television Centre, itself.

Mobilisation is underway on the estate, with technical services and health and safety teams undertaking assessments to improve service performance whilst assessing ways of reducing running costs moving forward.

Roger Starling, Head of Jaguar’s Business Unit, says: “We are delighted to be given this exciting opportunity by Savills to showcase our diverse expertise in engineering and technical services.
