One Welbeck PPM Contract Award
Hard services contractor Artic has been awarded a planned preventative maintenance contract at the One Welbeck day surgery and outpatient facility in Mayfair, London.
The facility is a centre of excellence for same-day treatment and diagnostics across a range of specialties including Digestive Health, Heart Health, Orthopaedics, ENT, Women’s Health, General Surgery and Respiratory. It is operated by Welbeck Health Partners.
Artic will combine self-delivery with third-party services management to ensure multi-skilled engineering support that extends to the provision of 24/7 call-out cover for emergency repairs and maintenance to critical and non-critical plant.
The company will also assume responsibility for ensuring applicable legislative and statutory requirements are met.
