Scottish Police Authority Contract

Churchill has secured a three-year multi-site janitorial contract with the Scottish Police Authority (SPA)

The contract comes into effect later this month and includes provision for an extension of up to two years.

The SPA was established in 2012 to maintain policing and support the continuous improvement of service delivery standards in Scotland. The contract covers 13 local authorities across Scotland and 90 sites, including headquarters, offices, call centres and primary/secondary suites.

Louisa Clarke, operations director for Churchill, says: “Winning a contract of this scale is testament to the whole Churchill Scotland team who have mobilised in testing circumstances. It’s been a superb team effort and one that puts Churchill firmly on the map in Scotland. We hope this will be the start of a long and successful relationship.”

Phil Matis, regional director for Churchill, adds: “This has come at an exciting time, after previous growth and the opening of our new regional office just outside of Glasgow, acting as the central hub for our operations teams. We are very much looking forward to what the future holds.”
