Expression of Interest – IBM TRIRIGA® IWMS (No. E-2020-354)
The Council of the City of Sydney invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) for specialist TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System (IWM) Remediation & Implementation services relating to its portfolio of around 250 properties. EoI are invited from qualified vendors globally.
The Council is both a tenant and a landlord. Properties include heritage-listed buildings, offices, community centres, libraries, child care centres, aquatic and sports facilities and retail buildings. IBM TRIRIGA is used by over 100 City employees and suppliers to manage this portfolio.
The City is seeking TRIRIGA specialist services to improve the existing implementation of the TRIRIGA Property and Facilities Management modules and to introduce TRIRIGA Space and Capital Project Management modules. Ongoing hosting, support and maintenance of TRIRIGA is also required.
Respondents are required to detail their experience and capability to deliver the services, outline their IBM Partner status and relevant endorsements, and demonstrate their financial integrity and WHS compliance.
