Hard Services Contract Awarded at 55 Ludgate
Jaguar Building Services has won a contract to provide mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance services at Procession House which is located at 55 Ludgate near London’s City Thameslink Station.
Occupying a 0.7-acre island site at Ludgate Hill, the property provides 105,944 sq. ft (9,842 sq. m) of mixed office, retail and accommodation space, and overlooks the Old Bailey and St Paul’s Cathedral. The building has recently undergone a major refurbishment to significantly improve its visitor’s arrival experience which was completed earlier this year.
Andrew Ghagan, account manager at Jaguar, says: “This appointment will be an exciting opportunity for Jaguar to partner with Savills during this unprecedented time. We look forward to working with the building management team as the property begins to reopen post lockdown.”
