Forbes Best Employers for Women 2020 Award
Ecolab has been named for a third consecutive year in Forbes magazine’s listing of America’s Best Employers for Women.
The listing which is compiled annually in partnership with Statista is based on a survey sample of 75,000 American employees of organisations with more than 1,000 employees from 31 industries.
45,000 of the people surveyed this year were women, who responded to questions asking them to rate their employers on several gender-equality factors, including diversity, parental leave programs and pay equality.
Participants in the survey were additionally asked to indicate how likely they would be to recommend their current employer to others.
In 2020, Ecolab has been recognised as one of 325 companies on the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index by Ethisphere as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies, by NAFE as one of the Top Companies for Executive Women, and by Corporate Responsibility Magazine in its 100 Best Corporate Citizens list.
