Coventry University FM Contract

Derwent fm have won a major contract to deliver integrated FM services at two of Coventry University’s London campuses.

Located in the City of London, Coventry University London is one of the largest providers of business-related degree courses in Europe.

The contract covers a range of facilities management services including preventative planned maintenance, reactive repairs, janitorial duties, cleaning and grounds maintenance. It builds on the existing relationship Derwent fm have with the university, currently supplying a suite of FM services at their campus in Scarborough.

David Wooffindin, Director of Operations at Derwent fm, says: “We are delighted to win this contract with Coventry University London, expanding on our existing relationship and cementing our presence in London and the surrounding areas.

“We look forward to building on our relationship with Coventry University further, ensuring a fully operational, clean, and compliant environment across the facilities.”
