On Display
Global display and touchscreen systems supplier Crystal Display Systems (CDS) is reporting its most successful year yet as demand from reopening businesses and organisations shifts demand for display solutions away from laptop and tablet screens to larger displays.
The company which claims its offering of 1,172 separate solutions represents the “widest range of display and touchscreens in the world”, reports particularly robust growth in demand from its UK domestic market, Germany, Korea, Taiwan, China and India (where it has recently opened a new representative office).
Its experience echoes the forecast of a a recent report into the global display panel which anticipates a significant rise in demand for larger display solutions in late 2020/early 20201 following steep declines in sales as a result of the shift towards home working during the Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition to standard models, CDS offer bespoke design services with rapid prototyping – as well as mechanical, optical, electrical and firmware customisation for owners of existing display products.
CDS are also inrerested in hearing from qualified display distributors in other markets.
