107 Cheapside Contract

Cushman & Wakefield have selected Jaguar Building Services to deliver hard FM services at 107 Cheapside, a commercial building in the City of London developed by the Carlyle Group.

Jaguar will assume responsibility for providing mechanical and electrical (M&E), and building fabric maintenance services at the 183,000 SF property which is located a two minute walk from Bank, St Paul’s and Cannon Street stations. The area is well known for its renowned shopping centre, One New Change, and is a sought-after location for businesses looking for contemporary office space in the heart of London’s financial district.

Ian Fairley, Account Manager, comments: “We are keen to get started at 107 Cheapside and work with the engineering team to provide the building with effective M&E solutions. We look forward to continuing to work alongside Cushman & Wakefield in the year ahead.”

The contract will commence on 1 December 2020.
