The Bailey Hard Services Contract

Jaguar Building Services has been awarded a mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering services contract at The Bailey, 16 Old Bailey.

Located directly opposite Old Bailey High Court, the building was renovated in 2021 into high quality flexible office accommodation. The Grade II listed front section originally constructed in the early 20th Century has been preserved in the renovation works.

Comprising circa 115,000 SF, the newly refurbished space will provide landscaped terracing over four floors, views over the City and the Old Bailey High Court and a duplex office suite on the top two floors.

Robbie Kitson, Associate Director, comments:”Our established Mobilisation Team have already begun work at The Bailey to ensure that the site is setup and ready to go. We look forward to working alongside Helix Property Advisors over the next year to provide a bespoke M&E solution for this prestigious building.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank Focus FM and Helix for choosing Jaguar Building Services as their chosen service provider”.
