Outstanding Contract Security Company of the Year

UK manned guarding provider Axis Security has been recognised with a top national award.

The business was named as the “Outstanding Contract Security Company (Guarding)” at this year’s Outstanding Security Performance Awards (the OSPAs), which celebrate organisations proven best-in-class performance.

Highlighting a focus on inclusivity within Axis Security’s ‘People Strategy’ the awards panel also cited progress the company has made towards encouraging employees to achieve excellence in the delivery of services, and embrace personal learning and development.

John Fitzpatrick, operations director for London, comments: “Throughout the pandemic, we did everything possible to support our employees, customers and community, strengthening both our business processes and procedures.

“It has been very rewarding to receive great feedback from customers for our management approach, communication, and levels of professionalism.

“Our dedication to customer service is what drives our success. We will always be committed to delivering excellent customer service and making our exceptional employees feel valued, empowered and supported.”

Axis has also signed up to the C19 Pledge, a commitment from businesses and universities to collaborate in helping employees, customers and the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.
